Quality System

If you take a walk through our production line you will understand why it is one of our greatest prides. Every step of production process is especially designed to ensure the best quality of raw material, work in process and, thus, finished products. Quality control, therefore, becomes naturally under control.

We have over 100 dedicated QC staff trained in organoleptic testing as well as other essential knowledge, such as, allergen handling to assure safe and wholesome food throughout the production process.

Our Laboratory (Micro & anti-biotic lab) is also designed to conform with regulations of the Fisheries Department and Food & Drug Administration of Thailand and ISO/IEC17025.
The laboratory tests carried out at MRG cover all raw materials, ingredients, incoming products & packaging, work-in-process and every lot of finished products. We have over 30 qualified and experienced lab technicians running more than 200 product tests daily just to make sure our customers get what we promised to deliver.

Apart from the strict internal quality control and audits, which are conducted regularly, we do engage several certified Certification Bodies (CB) to conduct third party audits at our factory at least 4 times a year. In 2010 alone we had more than 20 third party audits covering food safety, labor law and social responsibility. We are certified with GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS (higher level), ISO 22000:2005, and BAP standards.
