- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. 

- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure targets are met or exceeded. 

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. 

- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. 

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 

- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance against targets. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to ensure alignment and drive business results. 

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve sales and marketing strategies.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male/female age 35-45 years

2. Master's Degree - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

3. Good communication in English and Chinese would be advantage

4. Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth.

8. Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media.

9. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

10. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
